Sherry Scullion, MBA
President
Sherry Scullion is the President of the Scullion Strategy Group and has long-standing career in business development, innovation strategy, marketing, product development and design engineering across a broad scope of industries that includes 17 years in animal health.
Fueled by a personal passion for innovation, Sherry founded the Scullion Strategy Group (SSG) to help companies commercialize their new products and services in animal health and other life science industries. She leads one of the fastest growing consulting firms in the industry. SSG is comprised of more than 30 people in various areas of expertise in the areas of Clinical Development, Go-to-Market Strategies, Business Development & Licensing, Market Research, Product Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and conducting valuations of new products, to name a few.
Prior to founding SSG, she worked for companies such as, Elanco Animal Health, Novartis Animal Health, B/E Aerospace and Philips Electronics.
Sherry Scullion holds an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Wake Forest University and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.



Chris Scullion
Vice-President
Chris Scullion is the Vice President of the Scullion Strategy Group and leads the operations side of the business. He has over 30 years’ experience in leadership, management, and operations in aviation maintenance companies. His extensive experience includes turnaround programs leading companies into profitability, developing growth strategies and leading domestic and international sales organizations. He has a record of creating innovating workforce solutions and positioning companies for growth and increased profitability. Chris has held numerous executive management roles in company acquisitions, union avoidance, workforce planning, costing and efficiency, pricing, marketing and sales.
Chris Scullion attended Western Carolina University, is a veteran of the US Coast Guard and holds an FAA license.
